Η Εταιρία Προστασίας Πρεσπών έχει την έδρα της στην Πρέσπα και δραστηριοποιείται κυρίως στην διασυνοριακή προστατευόμενη περιοχή των Πρεσπών εδώ και περισσότερα από 30 χρόνια στοχεύοντας στη διαφύλαξη της φυσικής και πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς σε όλη τη λεκάνη της Πρέσπας προς όφελος όλων. Μέσα σε αυτό το διάστημα, σε συνεχή και αδιάλειπτη συνεργασία με τοπικούς και υπηρεσιακούς φορείς πετύχαμε την ίδρυση και λειτουργία του διασυνοριακού πάρκου, την ενίσχυση της προστασίας του Εθνικού Πάρκου Πρεσπών, την προστασία και αύξηση πληθυσμού ενός απειλούμενου είδους, του Αργυροπελεκάνου, τη συνεχή επιστημονική διαχείριση των οικοτόπων και των ειδών της περιοχής και ιδιαίτερα του υγροτόπου, την προώθηση και υποστήριξη λειτουργικών πολυσυμμετοχικών και πολυεπίπεδων σχημάτων διαβούλευσης και λήψης αποφάσεων σε τοπικό και διασυνοριακό επίπεδο, την εκπαίδευση ενημέρωση και υποστήριξη νέων επιστημόνων.
Συνεχίζουμε το σημαντικό μας έργο αναπτύσσοντας νέα έργα που ανταποκρίνονται στις σύγχρονες ανάγκες της περιοχής όπως: την υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας των θεσμών συνεργασίας μεταξύ των τριών χωρών που μοιράζονται τις λίμνες, την αντιμετώπιση των προκλήσεων και προσαρμογή στην κλιματική κρίση, τη συνεχή επιστημονική διερεύνηση των νερών, της γεωλογίας, της πολύτιμής βιοποικιλότητας ειδών και οικοτόπων, των κοινωνικών αλλαγών και πως αυτές αποτυπώνονται στο χώρο και στο χρόνο, την ανάπτυξη και διαβούλευση προτάσεων διαχείρισης για είδη και οικοτόπους, τη διερεύνηση ιδεών και προτάσεων που υποβοηθούν τις ήπιες ανθρώπινες δραστηριότητες και θωρακίζουν το τοπίο.
Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο η ΕΠΠ αναζητά Συντονιστή Οικονομικού και Διοικητικού Τμήματος για να αναλάβει τον συντονισμό της διοικητικής λειτουργίας της οργάνωσης καθώς και την εποπτεία της οικονομικής διαχείρισης.
Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες
- Εξασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση της ΕΠΠ με την Ελληνική Νομοθεσία καθώς και την τήρηση των κανόνων των χρηματοδοτικών προγραμμάτων δίνοντας ειδική έμφαση σε θέματα διαφάνειας και λογοδοσίας διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των υποχρεώσεών της Οργάνωσης προς τους δωρητές, τους χρηματοδότες και τους συναλλασσόμενούς της
- Συμμετέχει στη σύνταξη, παρακολούθηση και επικαιροποίηση του προϋπολογισμού
- Συντονίζει τον έλεγχο των οικονομικών καταστάσεων της οργάνωσης από τους Ορκωτούς Ελεγκτές και αξιοποιεί τις συστάσεις τους
- Επιβλέπει τη σύνταξη του ετήσιου και των ενδιάμεσων οικονομικών απολογισμών και των οικονομικών αναφορών των προγραμμάτων, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές και τις απαιτήσεις του εκάστοτε χρηματοδοτικού εργαλείου και συμμετέχει στη σύνταξη νέων προτάσεων
- Συνεργάζεται με τον λογιστή της Οργάνωσης και φροντίζει για την εφαρμογή των συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων του
- Μεριμνά για την εύρυθμη διοικητική λειτουργία της ΕΠΠ, την λειτουργία και βελτίωση συστημάτων ελέγχου και διαδικασιών, φροντίζει για την κατάλληλη στελέχωση του τμήματος και επικοινωνεί με το προσωπικό για την επίλυση τρεχόντων προβλημάτων
- Επιμελείται την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών που προβλέπει ο κανονισμός GDPR και σε συνεργασία με τον Τεχνικό ασφαλείας φροντίζει να λαμβάνονται τα απαραίτητα μέτρα για την ασφάλεια και υγιεινή στους χώρους εργασίας.
- Επιβλέπει τη λειτουργία συστημάτων μηχανογράφησης σε συνεργασία με τον τεχνικό σύμβουλο, εξασφαλίζοντας πλήρως την βέλτιστη και απόδοση των Η/Υ και των μηχανογραφικών υποδομών και συστημάτων επικοινωνίας του οργανισμού
- Φροντίζει για τη βέλτιστη διαχείριση παγίων και κυκλοφορούντων οικονομικών περιουσιακών στοιχείων της οργάνωσης
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
- Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημιακού Επιπέδου και άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση τουλάχιστον 3 ετών
- Άριστη γνώση Ms Office
- Εξοικείωση με τις διαδικασίες εφαρμογής προγραμμάτων και εκτέλεσης έργων του δημόσιου και ιδιωτικού τομέα

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Previous related experience will be considered an advantage.
- Cover letter explaining the interest of the applicant in pursuing a career at the KIOS CoE, along with employment availability date
- Short summary of prior work experiences, activities and accomplishments (can be combined with the cover letter) (2 pages maximum)
- A detailed curriculum vitae in English or in Greek
- Copies of transcripts of BSc/MSc or other degree(s)
- Copy of an English language certificate
- Identify at least two referees that can provide reference letters
