Office Administrator
The Dot & Co Ltd insurance brokers with 35 years presence in the Greek Market and specialization in the Marine / Cargo insurance is looking for an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently. Common responsibilities include:
- Managing office operations: Overseeing day-to-day office activities, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring equipment is functional
- Communication and correspondence: Handling phone calls, emails, and letters, and serving as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors
- Scheduling and coordination: Organizing meetings, appointments, and office events, and preparing agendas or meeting notes
- Record keeping and documentation: Maintaining accurate office records, databases, and filing systems
- Problem-solving and multitasking: Addressing administrative issues, resolving scheduling conflicts, and supporting staff to maintain productivity
Required Skills
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain structured office systems
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, management, and external contacts
- Time management: Efficiently handling deadlines and concurrent tasks
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office 365. Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Problem-solving abilities: Quickly addressing operational challenges and finding effective solutions
- Interpersonal skills: Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, eager to learn and easy to adopt
