Business Need / Purpose of Role

The job calls for a high sense of responsibility and reliability, where the person will be responsible for managing vessels & crew requirements; Good relations with the authorities at the port and the airport is essential. It is the right job to attain your skills and advance your it is the right job to attain your skills and advance your opportunities with us, given our dominant position in the Marine Service industry.

Objectives & Measurement – Key Responsibilities

  • Board vessels as / when required.
  • Book port services for the vessel’s pier-side operations.
  • Follow up and report to the principal of the medical cases transferred to local clinics
  • Coordination of delivery of incoming/outgoing freights.
  • Coordination of stores/provisions/spare deliveries.
  • Booking of waste management services
  • Bunkers deliveries co-ordination
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies.
  • Use and update the internal systems.
  • Responding to the principal’s / vessel’s requests through email or phone in a timely manner (24/7).
  • ISS vendors and principals’ vendor co-ordination.
  • Provide assistance to the local partners in the Greek islands when required.
  • Liaison between the vessels and Piraeus and Airport immigration.
  • Interaction with key ship’s staff.
  • Liaison between principals and port services when crew change is needed.
  • Responsible for immigration paperwork for medical/disciplinary disembarkations.
  • Able to provide local immigration regulations to the vessels and/or principals.
  • Meet & greet joining or leaving crew at the port and at the airport (when necessary).
  • Transport crew via company car when necessary
  • Maintain internal crew changes records and invoices
  • Provide assistance to the local partners in the Greek islands when required

Education, Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses

Education/Experience:

  • Good to have experience in cruise agency or yachts
  • English language
