EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A VALUATION ANALYST
Arbitrage Real Estate, a prominent real estate advisory firm headquartered in Athens, is seeking for a valuation analyst to join its Valuation and Advisory department. Subject role’s responsibilities and minimum candidate’s requirements are described below.
Main Responsibilities
As a member of the Valuation and Advisory team, it is expected that the candidate will be able to:
- Assist in valuations and prepare accompanying reports for different purposes (i.e. secure lending, IFRS, judicial etc.), according to International, European and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation Standards
- Provide support and any assistance requested from senior management, in due diligence reports and feasibility studies
- Carry out research for different real estate asset classes and be in the position to produce market reports that will be communicated to stakeholders
- Compile presentations and ad-hoc marketing material, which will be presented during meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with senior management and provide support to the executive team for operational needs
- Act additively to the business development processes of the firm
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to meet the educational and professional requirements listed below:
- Hold a Bachelor’s (BSc) degree, in at least one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration.
- Be analytical thinker, with above average quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Possess first class verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonal and business oriented
- Have good command of English, both written and oral
- Possess a driving license
- Have excellent command of MS Office Suite, with focus on applications of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Have a maximum of 2 years working experience in a professional services firm. Graduates with limited or no related professional experience, will be considered as well
