About our Internships

The Strategy Lens Internships program is a paid program that was first introduced in the year 2016. The program has been specifically designed as an entry point to full time employment for candidates who have limited to no work experience. Since its inception the program has become the de facto entry point to full time employment with the firm. The Strategy Lens internships offer a unique professional development opportunity to young professionals looking for a foothold into strategy consulting. About the Internship in Business Operations

The internship in Business Operations is sponsored by the Department of Supporting Services and is aimed at recent graduates who wish to pursue a career in management consulting as members of the support staff. During the program you will be exposed to a wide spectrum of Principal Business Operations such as the management of Human Resources, the management of our Supply Chain and relevant procurement tasks, the management of our Quality Standards and related practices and the support of consulting personnel as a Professional Assistant. To succeed in the program you will need to be a team player, who thrives at challenges and has a keen eye for detail. As an intern within the department of Supporting Services you will be based at our modern headquarters in the city of Patras close to all the amenities that the commercial center has to offer. To apply for a position with this program you must be a resident of Patras.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration from an Upper Tier University;
  • Strong analytical skills and very strong problem solving ability;
  • Strong computer skills and experience with applications of the MS-Office Suite of Applications;
  • Strong communication and team work skills;
  • Experience with working in teams under tight deadlines;
  • A genuine interest in business and some understanding of the challenges faced by organizations in our line of work; and
  • Perfect fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
