We are currently seeking for ambitious team players with exceptional analytical skills and well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens, with a primary focus on the Tourism and Hospitality Services industry. Deloitte Strategy & Operations team works collaboratively with our clients to link strategic vision to flawless execution to achieve tangible, long-term value. From developing a pragmatic strategy and evaluating M&A opportunities to improving finance and operations functions, we have the experience and expertise to help clients act with certainty and thrive.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a Senior Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.
During your tenure as a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:
  • Produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
  • Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business
  • Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy
  • Incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options
  • Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients
  • Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
  • Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
  • Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
Qualifications
To qualify for the role you must have:
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a high profile consulting firm or related professional areas
  • University degree in: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or exact sciences
  • MBA or a postgraduate Degree in Finance, Economics or other Business related field
  • Professional experience in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality will be considered an asset
  • Industry and Consulting professional experience requiring PMO skills will be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide business insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to apply offering knowledge and proven methodologies to objectively identify, evaluate, and select solutions from a given offering domain that most effectively support client’s business objectives
  • Ability to understand mechanics of key functions, including detailed process, people and technology requirements   
  • Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male applicants
