We are currently seeking for ambitious team players with exceptional analytical skills and well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens. Deloitte Strategy & Operations team works collaboratively with our clients to link strategic vision to flawless execution to achieve tangible, long-term value. We help our clients enhance core elements of their business model, applying analytics and “outside the box” thinking to improve service quality for their customers while creating value for their organization. We help capturing new growth opportunities, reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and staying ahead of consumer preferences, so that organizations can set and execute their strategic vision and dramatically improve business performance.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
During your tenure as a Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
  • Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
  • Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
  • Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
  • Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
  • Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
  • Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
  • Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
  • Recognize technology as a business enabler
  • Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
Qualifications
To qualify for the role you must have:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a high profile consulting firm or related professional areas
  • University degree in: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or exact sciences
  • MBA or a postgraduate Degree in Finance, Economics or other Business related field
  • Outstanding academic track record
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide business insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to understand the mechanics of the key functions, including detailed process, people and technology requirements
  • Ability to work with the client to improve the business and operating model
  • Ability to assess the financial and strategic impacts of the proposed functional design
  • Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male applicants
