Candidates must have at least two (2) years of working experience in volunteer programmes management, including monitoring, organization and execution of all related procedures. They should demonstrate previous experience in project management, as well as in handling administrative processes and logistics, preferably in EU Programmes. Applicants should also present excellent interpersonal & organizational skills, creative thinking and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, ensuring high-standard deliverables with attention to detail. Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written is mandatory; knowledge of a second language will be considered as an asset (Spanish/Italian or French). Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles is required.
