ABOUT THE TEAM POSITION
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include assessing, operationalizing, and translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will also work with and direct the Back-End Web Development team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

HERE ARE THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in web programming.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Excellent understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Excellent understanding of AngularJS, Vue JS, PHP, Bootstrap.
- Excellent understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Gitlab, Bower Composer or Grunt.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Experience using version control systems (git).
- Proficient knowledge on RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and noSQL databases.
- Ability to work with frameworks.
- Experience working with RESTful services.
- Comfortable working on GNU/Linux based environment.
- Experience of all stages of software lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles.
- Strong understanding of HTTP semantics (HTTP transaction lifecycle).
- Familiar with the composer package manager.
- Familiar with PHPUnit testing framework.
- Familiar with jsonapi specification.
- Worked with the Scrum Framework.
Salary is very competitive for the Senior Developer (45-65,000 euros/year) plus company benefits.
On site Interviews with the CEO and President will be conducted between September 4th – 7th at Vivante Health headquarters.
