Scientific Investments – Junior Software Engineer
We are looking for a full-time junior software engineer to join a research trading team based in Athens.
We have cutting-edge expertise in algorithmic trading and work closely with select well established international clients. We have no exposure to Greek clients or markets, so we provide a challenging but safe professional environment with an international outlook.
We require good knowledge in two of the following languages:
· C/C++,
· SQL
· Matlab
In addition, we value the following:
· Strong academic background (top 10%) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering;
alternatively, extensive programming experience coupled with an academic degree in Physics,Engineering or Statistics/Econometrics.
· Ability to work with and refine other people’s code
· Quick learner / strong numerical skills
