Our team, FS Operations, as part of the Consulting practice of PwC Greece, is supporting Financial Services Companies in their transformation journey from strategy to execution. We focus on business models transformation, customer experience and operational excellence.
By joining our Financial Services Operations Team:
- You will become a part of a dynamic group of professionals working on solving important problems for the industry and the society
- Collaborate closely with our esteemed clients to deeply understand their unique business needs and objectives
- Be an instrumental part of the team that designs and implements innovative operating models, empowering organizations to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness
- Embark on a journey of process optimization, identifying areas ripe for improvement and providing strategic recommendations for enhanced performance
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in financial services operations, constantly expanding your knowledge and skill set
- You will embrace new technologies to bring integrated solutions to PwC clients
What we are looking for:
- One to three (1-3) years of previous working experience in in financial services,
- management consulting, or similar fields either in consultancy firm or Industry player
- Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university with background in Banking, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline
- MSc on a related discipline will be highly regarded
- A sharp analytical mind, coupled with an uncanny ability to tackle complex problems head-on
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey ideas with impact and clarity
- A proven track record of thriving in collaborative team environments, where your unique perspectives are valued
- Ability to comfortably address problems and meet requirements at a strategic and execution level
- A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Military services fulfilled for male candidates
