Soft Skills Academy 2025: Το πιο διαδραστικό 3ήμερο σεμινάριο ανάπτυξης κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων επιστρέφει για 11η συνεχή χρονιά!
Το Soft Skills Academy είναι ένα τετραήμερο σεμινάριο ανάπτυξης προσωπικών και κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων (soft skills), το οποίο διοργανώνεται φέτος για 11η συνεχόμενη χρονιά από τον πανευρωπαϊκό, φοιτητικό οργανισμό EESTEC LC Athens, με έδρα το Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο. Απευθύνεται σε φοιτητές και νέους απόφοιτους, που προέρχονται από όλες τις σχολές Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης, οι οποίοι επιδιώκουν να εξελιχθούν προσωπικά. Το σεμινάριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί από την Παρασκευή 9 Μαΐου 2025 μέχρι την Κυριακή 11 Μαΐου 2025 και με ώρες διεξαγωγής 10:00 π.μ. με 20:00 μ.μ. την Πέμπτη, την Παρασκευή, το Σάββατο και την Κυριακή. Στόχος της δράσης είναι να προσφέρει σε φιλόδοξους φοιτητές μια μοναδική ευκαιρία να αναπτύξουν ικανότητες που δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην ακαδημαϊκή τους εκπαίδευση, αλλά απαιτούνται όλο και περισσότερο από την αγορά εργασίας, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαδραματίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο και στην προσωπική εξέλιξη του κάθε ανθρώπου. Τι είναι, λοιπόν, τα soft skills; Με τον όρο Soft Skills καλούνται οι δεξιότητες που δεν σχετίζονται με τις τεχνικές γνώσεις του ατόμου (hard skills), αλλά με την προσωπικότητά του και τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά του, που του επιτρέπουν να προσαρμόζεται και να συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με τον κοινωνικό του περίγυρο. Χαρακτηριστικά παραδείγματα soft skills αποτελούν οι επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, οι ηγετικές ικανότητες και η συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη. Γιατί να συμμετάσχω στο Soft Skills Academy 2025; Το Soft Skills Academy 2025 προσφέρει στους συμμετέχοντες 3 ημέρες με βιωματικές δραστηριότητες και trainings από ειδικά καταρτισμένους trainers με μεγάλη εμπειρία στην διδασκαλία των soft skills. Συνολικά θα διεξαχθούν 8 training sessions για κάθε ομάδα, με θεματικές σχετικές με self motivation, public speaking, personal branding, goal setting, time management, adaptability κ.ά., πάνω στις οποίες θα εξασκηθούν όσοι καταφέρουν να κερδίσουν μια θέση στην εκδήλωση. Όραμά μας, πέρα από την ανάπτυξη των soft skills, είναι να καταφέρουμε να εμπνεύσουμε τους συμμετέχοντες, καθώς πιστεύουμε πως η έμπνευση γεμίζει τα άτομα με θάρρος που τους βοηθά να δουν πέρα από τους περιορισμούς, τις ανασφάλειες και το comfort zone τους! Στην εποχή μας, συχνά νιώθουμε την πίεση να διαλέξουμε ένα χρώμα, μία ταυτότητα, μία διαδρομή. Να χωρέσουμε τον εαυτό μας σε προκαθορισμένα κουτάκια. Όμως, ο άνθρωπος δεν είναι μονοχρωμία. Είναι μια παλέτα από εμπειρίες, συναισθήματα, δεξιότητες και αντιφάσεις. Η αλήθεια μας δεν είναι ποτέ μονόχρωμη είναι ένας καμβάς που γεμίζει σιγά σιγά με πινελιές. Και αυτό είναι το όμορφο. Γιατί τελικά, δεν χρειάζεται να “ταιριάξουμε” χρειάζεται να εκφραστούμε. Μόνο όταν αγκαλιάσουμε όλα μας τα χρώματα, μπορούμε να δημιουργήσουμε την πιο αυθεντική, πολύχρωμη εκδοχή του εαυτού μας. ! Για τον λόγο αυτό hashtag και μότο της φετινής διοργάνωσης είναι η φράση: #ColouringYourDIversity Για δηλώσεις συμμετοχής παρακαλούνται οι υποψήφιοι να συμπληρώσουν την αίτησή τους μέχρι το Σάββατο 03 Μαΐου και ώρα 23:59. Δεκτά θα γίνουν μόνο εξήντα (60) άτομα (που θα χωριστούν σε τρεις ομάδες των 20 ατόμων) των οποίων η επιλογή θα γίνει βάσει των αιτήσεων τους, χωρίς κάποιο κόστος συμμετοχής. Συνεπώς, οι ενδιαφερόμενοι παρακαλούνται να αφιερώσουν τον απαιτούμενο χρόνο, προκειμένου η αίτηση να αντανακλά το ενδιαφέρον τους. Η παρουσία των συμμετεχόντων είναι υποχρεωτική και τις τρείς (3) ημέρες, ενώ θα δοθεί πιστοποιητικό παρακολούθησης μετά το πέρας του τετραημέρου. Η Πρεσβεία της Ιαπωνίας στην Ελλάδα ανακοινώνει ότι η Ιαπωνική Κυβέρνηση (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology-ΜΕΧΤ) για το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2026, πρόκειται να χορηγήσει υποτροφίες για Research Students, Undergraduate Students και Specialized Training College Students, σε Έλληνες πολίτες που επιθυμούν να συνεχίσουν τις σπουδές τους στην Ιαπωνία.
Οι υποψήφιοι όλων των προγραμμάτων θα πρέπει να επιθυμούν να εμβαθύνουν στην κατανόησή της χώρας και του λαού της. Ειδικότερα δε για την ιαπωνική γλώσσα, αν και δεν απαιτείται συγκεκριμένο γνωστικό επίπεδο κατά την υποβολή της αίτησης, θα πρέπει να έχουν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για την εκμάθησή της στην Ιαπωνία.
Χρόνος διάρκειας υποτροφιών και κάλυψη
Research Students
- Απευθύνεται σε πτυχιούχους και ερευνητές με ημερομηνία γέννησης από 2 Απριλίου 1991 και μετά, που επιθυμούν να συνεχίσουν την ειδικότητα τους σε μεταπτυχιακό ή διδακτορικό επίπεδο. Απαιτείται o μέσος όρος της βαθμολογίας να είναι επτά (7) και άνω .
- Η περίοδος φοίτησης ξεκινά τον Απρίλιο ή τον Σεπτέμβριο ή τον Οκτώβριο του 2026 και ολοκληρώνεται τον Μάρτιο του 2028 (περιλαμβάνει και την εκμάθηση της ιαπωνικής γλώσσας για έξι (6) μήνες).
- Η υποτροφία καλύπτει τη δαπάνη μεταφοράς προς/από την Ιαπωνία, τα δίδακτρα, την εγγραφή, την έκδοση βίζας σπουδών και ένα μηνιαίο χρηματικό ποσό από το οποίο καλύπτεται και η διαμονή. Το ποσό αυτό ανέρχεται στα 143.000 ΓΕΝ (περίπου 900 ΕΥΡΩ).
- Απευθύνεται σε νέους με ημερομηνία γέννησης από 2 Απριλίου 2001 και μετά, που έχουν ολοκληρώσει δώδεκα (12) χρόνια σχολικής εκπαίδευσης και επιθυμούν να συνεχίσουν σπουδές σε ιαπωνικά πανεπιστήμια στην ιαπωνική γλώσσα ως προπτυχιακοί φοιτητές.
- Η υποτροφία χορηγείται για πέντε (5) ή επτά (7) χρόνια ανάλογα με τη σχολή και η περίοδος φοίτησης ξεκινά τον Απρίλιο του 2026. Περιλαμβάνει και ένα χρόνο προετοιμασίας – κυρίως εκμάθησης της ιαπωνικής γλώσσας και των μαθημάτων κατεύθυνσης. Τα πανεπιστήμια ορίζονται από το MEXT.
- Η υποτροφία καλύπτει τη δαπάνη μεταφοράς προς/από την Ιαπωνία, τα δίδακτρα, την εγγραφή, την έκδοση βίζας σπουδών και ένα μηνιαίο χρηματικό ποσό από το οποίο καλύπτεται και η διαμονή. Το ποσό αυτό ανέρχεται στα 117. 000 ΓΕΝ (περίπου 720 ΕΥΡΩ).

Προαγωγή Ψυχικής Υγείας και Ενδυνάμωση Προπτυχιακών Φοιτητών ΑΕΙ
Ποιος είναι ο σκοπός της έρευνας;
Σκοπός της παρούσας επιστημονικής έρευνας είναι η διερεύνηση της κατάστασης της ψυχικής υγείας και ευεξίας των προπτυχιακών φοιτητών/ριών ΑΕΙ αναφορικά με συμπτώματα άγχους, στρες και κατάθλιψης, και αφετέρου η υλοποίηση και αξιολόγηση μιας παρέμβασης για την προαγωγή της ψυχικής υγείας στο συγκεκριμένο πληθυσμό.
Η έρευνα απευθύνεται σε προπτυχιακούς φοιτητές 18-24 ετών.
Η έρευνα διεξάγεται στο πλαίσιο διδακτορικής διατριβής της κ. Σεβαστής Διονυσακοπούλου, ψυχολόγου – ψυχοθεραπεύτριας, στο Τμήμα Πολιτικών Δημόσιας Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής με επιβλέπουσα την κ. Κυριακούλα Μεράκου, Καθηγήτρια Αγωγής και Προαγωγής Υγείας-Δημόσιας Υγείας.
Ποιο είναι το όφελος από τη συμμετοχή σας στην έρευνα; Με τη συμμετοχή σας στην έρευνα συνεισφέρετε σημαντικά στη συλλογή δεδομένων για την εκτίμηση της ψυχικής υγείας των φοιτητών και το σχεδιασμό ουσιαστικών παρεμβάσεων για την προαγωγή της ψυχικής υγείας και ευεξίας των προπτυχιακών φοιτητών.
Επιπλέον, όσοι/ες από εσάς το επιθυμούν θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα και να συμμετάσχουν δωρεάν μετά από κλήρωση στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα προαγωγής της ψυχικής υγείας και ενδυνάμωσης των προπτυχιακών φοιτητών (που αποτελεί το δεύτερο μέρος της έρευνας), το οποίο θα διεξαχθεί διαδικτυακά ανά ομάδες των 15 ατόμων και θα είναι σύντομης διάρκειας.
Σημαντικές πληροφορίες: Το ερωτηματολόγιο απευθύνεται αποκλειστικά σε προπτυχιακούς φοιτητές 18-24 ετών. Η συμπλήρωση του ερωτηματολογίου είναι εθελοντική και ανώνυμη. Μπορείτε να αποσύρετε τη συμμετοχή σας οποιαδήποτε στιγμή χωρίς να υποβληθούν οι απαντήσεις σας. Το ερωτηματολόγιο θα συμπληρωθεί απευθείας διαδικτυακά μέσω του ειδικού ηλεκτρονικού συνδέσμου και διασφαλίζεται η προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων. - Collaborate with teams of skilled professionals on audit projects.
- Perform high-quality audits for a diverse range of clients utilizing the latest digital technologies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Use of leading-edge auditing tools and analytical capabilities to assess potential risks, analyze financial statements and provide trust over financial reporting.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in auditing or a related area.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms in Greek and English.
- Tech Savvy and digital skills to be part of the Assurance transformation to digitisation.
- Open to ongoing learning and development opportunities to keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Advanced critical thinking and judgment skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A confident and proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative and a positive outlook towards challenges and opportunities.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality work and fostering strong client relationships.
- Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
