We are currently looking for Technology Consultants to join our Consulting Technology team in Athens and work in long term consultancy projects in the European Institutions.

During your tenure as a Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

  • Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations

Qualifications
OUR REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the role you must have:
  • A sound background with 4-5 years in the area of technology advisory
  • Candidates should have proven experience as Business / System Analysts / Architects with:
    • Project management skills. Certification in a project management methodology (PMI/PMP, Agile, Scrum) is an asset
    • Thorough understanding of the whole lifecycle of IT systems implementation
    • Experience in Public Sector projects. Experience with the European Institutions projects is an asset
    • Skills in systems and requirements analysis and specifications (functional and non-functional) – Use case design and object oriented design; Knowledge of Business Process Modelling methodologies such as RUP and UML is an asset
    • Experience in systems integration especially in complex environments and of interoperability best practices and concepts; Interoperability experience in public sector context would definitely be an asset
    • Knowledge of database design principles, data models and the challenges of handling big data
    • Understanding of technology trends such as cloud computing
  • Ability to apply sound business acumen to support IT-based recommendations

In addition to the above candidates should have:

  • BSc in Information Technology, Mathematics or Engineering; MBA or Master’s Degree in ICT is a plus
  • Capacity in preparing and writing functional and technical documentation
  • Experience in working with virtual and multicultural teams
  • Open to travel abroad
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek. Knowledge of French is an asset
  • Results-driven and quality oriented while paying attention to the detail

  • Outstanding academic track record
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide business insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to lead analysis of industry, competitor and company trends and issues to help team extract valuable insights that inform strategy
  • Ability to leverage customer data and research insights to understand sources of customer value and segment profitability

Qualifications
OUR REQUIREMENTS 
  • 3-5 years of working experience mainly in a consulting/advisory firm and/or in a financial institution in the areas of strategy, risk management and EU regulatory frameworks. In particular, in order to be considered for the role candidates should possess the following attributes:     
    • Credit Risk Management working experience
    • Experience in statistical analysis will be considered an asset
    • Strong understanding of Banking business including challenges faced by Banks
    • Excellent knowledge of EU Banking Regulatory Framework
  • Bachelor and Masters’ degrees from top-tier universities in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Risk Management,  Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or any other quantitative discipline
  • A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, PRM, FRM – in progress or completed) will be highly regarded
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Practical knowledge of software packages used in statistical analysis (SAS, SPSS etc.) will be considered an asset
  • Ability to design automated, insight-driven reporting, data visualization and scorecard systems that increase client’s ability to source, manage, deliver and use risk data
  • Ability to build sophisticated analytical models with relevant specialized tools/programs

  • Provide top down and bottom up estimates to high level functional stories; Well versed with Agile delivery model delivering Salesforce projects, Salesforce manager is responsible to oversee and drive scoping, build, sprint testing and deployment to lower and production environments
  • Estimate, design and deliver data migration requirements using Salesforce and other industry ecosystem products
  • Lead overall Salesforce Configuration, Design, Build, testing, Documentation and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform in the Salesforce space
  • Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, components etc.
  • Play a technical lead role in evaluating new CRM technologies/ad-ons and develops plans for theirimplementation into Salesforce
  • Provide technical support for existing custom APEX code being used on the Force.com platform Integrate Salesforce application with other boundary systems leveraging SOAP/REST based solutions
  • Understanding of overall SFDC architecture and knowledge of salesforce.com ecosystems and  Salesforce.comsecurity models
  • Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices
  • Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices
Qualifications

OUR REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 10+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience
  • 2-4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules:  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com
  • Managed at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions
  • Strong people management skills leading small to larger team spread across geographies
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud or Force.com platform and integrations
  • SFDC Experience working in APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Communities, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services
  • Having knowledge of MuleSoft, Informatica and Informatica Cloud is a plus
  • Financial Services and Retail sector implementation experience
  • Full SDLC experience implementing Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Oracle Sales Cloud, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon)
  • Experience implementing other marketing automation packages or technologies (Wave Analytics, Blue Kai, Eloqua,Exact Target, Unica etc)
  • Certifications – Salesforce PD1, PD2, Sales/Service cloud, virtualization or on other cloud technologies preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek & English

  • MBA or a postgraduate Degree in Finance, Economics or other Business related field
  • Professional experience in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality will be considered an asset
  • Industry and Consulting professional experience requiring PMO skills will be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide business insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Your role as Senior Manager will focus on leading diverse teams that work on client engagements, developing new business opportunities, defining and implementing innovative leading practices in order to actively contribute to Deloitte continuous improvement and growth. You’ll be responsible for developing individuals and teams, supporting them through coaching, guiding them toward the achievement of our purpose, “to make an impact that matters”, and setting the strategic direction to deliver an exceptional client service.
 
During your tenure as Senior Manager you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
  • Help client make confident decisions based on analyses of available information to manage critical business threats
  • Develop an effective plan by assessing the financial implication of risks faced by clients
  • Lead engagements and provides strategic direction to the team to deliver a superior client experience
  • Develop relationships, establishes credibility with, and instills confidence in clients

  • Develop and guides client through implementation of financial and operational turnaround plans with clear objectives and actions
  • Apply expert knowledge of enforcement procedures, combined with deep situational experience across the industry, to provide strategic contingency planning and insolvency advice
Qualifications
OUR REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the role you must have:
  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience preferably within an International professional services firm or Bank
  • University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in:
  • Providing start-to-finish bankruptcy services (Art.106 or Special Administrations)
  • Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) / Review of Business Plan 
  • Developing practical and sustainable operational turn-around plans
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing strategic financial improvement initiatives
  • Deep industry knowledge
  • Excellent command of the English & Greek language
  • Computer Literacy
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
Preferred skills:
  • Postgraduate Degree (MSc. or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration from a prominent University
