Απαιτήσεις Θέσης Ο κάτοχος της θέσης:
  • φροντίζει για την ύπαρξη των κατάλληλων πόρων (οχημάτων, οδηγών, κοκ.), τη διαμόρφωση του προγράμματος παραγγελιών και την παρακολούθηση της ομαλής υλοποίησης αυτών
  • μεριμνά για τη λειτουργία του προγράμματος δρομολόγησης και την ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση των κατάλληλων μηχανισμών για την επίλυση προβλημάτων και βελτιστοποίηση της διανομής των παραγγελιών
  • παρακολουθεί τις διαφοροποιήσεις μεταξύ αρχικού πλάνου δρομολόγησης και τελικής πορείας παράδοσης των προϊόντων στους καταναλωτές
  • συμμετέχει στην επιλογή, ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση των οδηγών των οχημάτων του HSC, ενώ παράλληλα παρακολουθεί και αξιολογεί την εργασιακή τους απόδοση
  • ευθύνεται για τη δημιουργία διαδικασίας επιστροφών προϊόντων από τους πελάτες
  • συμβάλλει στην ορθή διαχείριση των χρηματοοικονομικών πόρων της εταιρίας (cash flow) και συμμετέχει στην κατάρτιση του προϋπολογισμού του τμήματος
  • ευθύνεται για τη συντήρηση των οχημάτων και την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του στόλου οχημάτων του HSC
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ ή ΑΕΙ στην Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Εμπειρία 2-3 έτη σε συναφές αντικείμενο (Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα, Home Delivery)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας

DESCRIPTION

More Info The next Agile Actors Academy, starts at the end of September 2019. In order to reserve your seat at this internship scheme, you will have to participate at an Open Agile Actors Day, that will include an overall induction at Company’s Values and Mission, a problem solving exercise, and interviews with our HR and Technical Interviewers. For those of you who will successfully pass this day, we will start with a 3 months full time training – free of charge of course- with our Lead Engineers in the following technical tracks:
  • Java
  • Front End
  • Software Engineer in Test
  • .Net
Each successful intern, will be allocated at a specific track, based on potential, preference and available positions. Upon successful course completion- (there will be an evaluation process at the end of the training), interns will either proceed with a 3 months paid internship or will be offered with a full time permanent position at Agile Actors ! REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Educational background in Computer Science and related fields, (eg Physics, Mathematics)
  2. Recent Graduate or currently enrolled at an MSc
  3. School or personal coding projects are highly appreciated
  4. Related certificates (e.g. java online course from Udemy or other) can be uploaded as supporting material
  5. Demonstrated interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cooperate with the sales department as a technical expert, participate in meetings and presentations with the client
  • Design the most appropriate solution for the client, determine the scope and develop technical solutions

    • IP Networks (LANs and WANs) including switching, firewalling, enterprise WiFi
    • Microsoft including, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL.
    • Systems including Servers, Storages, Backup, Virtualization, DLP
  • One or more of the following Certification is highly desired
    • MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
    • MCSA: Windows Server 2016
    • HPE ASE – Server Solutions Architect
    • HPE ASE – Synergy Solutions Integrator

Το OK!Thess καλεί startups που θέλουν να παρουσιάσουν την επιχειρηματική τους προσπάθεια σε επενδυτές από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό να συμμετέχουν στο Thessaloniki Demo Day που διοργανώνουμε στις 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 2019. Μετά το άκρως επιτυχημένο Thessaloniki Demo Day που πραγματοποιήθηκε τον περασμένο Μάρτιο στη Θεσσαλονίκη, το OK!Thess επιστρέφει με την 5η κατά σειρά διοργάνωση που έχει σκοπό να δικτυώσει ακόμα περισσότερο τις νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις με τον επενδυτικό κόσμο. Στόχος της διοργάνωσης είναι οι ώριμες καινοτόμες ιδέες να φτάσουν στο κατάλληλο ακροατήριο, δηλαδή σε εκπροσώπους Venture Capital funds και άλλους επενδυτές, προκειμένου να εξασφαλίσουν χρηματοδότηση για την υλοποίησή τους. Στο προηγούμενο Demo Day του OK!Thess, τον Μάρτιο, έγιναν 130 κλειστές συναντήσεις ανάμεσα σε 24 επενδυτές από Αθήνα, Θεσσαλονίκη, Σόφια και Βελιγράδι και 36 εταιρείες από Ελλάδα και Κύπρο. Τι είναι το Thessaloniki Demo Day Τα Demo Days είναι ειδικά events που διοργανώνονται από το OK!Thess για να επιτρέψουν τη δικτύωση μεταξύ νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων και επενδυτών κεφαλαίων επιχειρηματικού ρίσκου από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Το προηγούμενο Demo Day πραγματοποιήθηκε τον Μάρτιο του 2019 στο OK!Thess και ήταν η μεγαλύτερη μέχρι σήμερα συγκέντρωση εκπροσώπων Venture Capital funds και δικτύων επιχειρηματικών αγγέλων στη Θεσσαλονίκη, με αποκλειστικό αντικείμενο την πραγματοποίηση κατ’ ιδίαν συναντήσεων με ομάδες του startup οικοσυστήματος. Συμμετείχαν 24 επενδυτές, οι οποίοι πραγματοποίησαν περισσότερες από 130 συναντήσεις με 36 startups από την Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο. Οι επενδυτές που συμμετέχουν Στο Demo Day αναμένεται να συμμετέχουν εκπρόσωποι των παρακάτω επενδυτικών σχημάτων (Venture Capital funds και επιχειρηματικοί άγγελοι) από την Ελλάδα και την ΝΑ Ευρώπη:   Οι επενδυτές αναζητούν ευκαιρίες σε ομάδες αρχικού σταδίου και σε ευρύ φάσμα επιχειρηματικών μοντέλων που περιλαμβάνει προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες στους τομείς της υγείας, μεταφορών, ενέργειας, εμπορίου, παραγωγής, αγροδιατροφής, fintech και τουρισμού. Προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής για τις startups H μόνη ουσιαστική προϋπόθεση για την συμμετοχή μιας νεοφυούς επιχείρησης στο Thessaloniki Demo Day του OK!Thess είναι η προσπάθεια της να έχει φτάσει στο κατάλληλο επίπεδο ωριμότητας και προετοιμασίας ώστε η ιδρυτική ομάδα να μπορεί να παρουσιάσει ολοκληρωμένα μια επενδυτική πρόταση. Οι ομάδες δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό να προέρχονται από το πρόγραμμα επιτάχυνσης και προθερμοκοίτησης του OK!Thess. Η πρόσκληση συμμετοχής είναι ανοιχτή σε οποιαδήποτε ομάδα από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό . Επίσης δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό για μια ομάδα να εμφανίζεται σε επενδυτές για πρώτη φορά.

Διαδικασία συμμετοχής Οι αιτήσεις των ενδιαφερόμενων startups θα αποσταλούν στους επενδυτές προς αξιολόγηση. Οι επενδυτές θα εκδηλώσουν το ενδιαφέρον τους σχετικά με τις ομάδες που επιθυμούν να συναντήσουν και το OK!Thess θα ορίσει τα αντίστοιχα 1-1 meetings για τις 12 Σεπτεμβρίου. Χρονοδιάγραμμα
