Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and thrive, to join our growing Customer Experience & Data Insights team and design state-of-the-art customer experiences for some of the leading brands in Greece. The successful candidate will be based in TDG’s Headquarters in Athens or TDG’s Tech Hub in Patras. Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze market, competition and consumer qualitative and quantitative data from multiple digital sources to understand market opportunities, consumer journeys and patterns and work with the client team to extract actionable insights.
  • Provide recommendations for automating the data collection and analysis process.
  • Map complex consumer journeys using digital tools such as Miro.
  • Have the end-to-end ownership of ForestView’s business intelligence dashboard system, used to present the collected data to our clients, from gathering requirements from users to working with the relevant internal teams to get them implemented and successfully rolled out.
  • Onboard new clients in ForestView’s business intelligence dashboard system, ensuring data accuracy and intended functionality.
  • Act as the first level of support for ForestView’s business intelligence dashboard system, capturing customer requests and seeing them through to successful completion.
We’re looking for someone who
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Displays excellent data analysis skills.
  • Has excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Has excellent command of the English language.
  • Is familiar with Google Analytics and data visualization tools: Tableau, DOMO, etc.

Το Διδακτορικό Πρόγραμμα στα Οικονομικά Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου αποσκοπεί στην εκπαίδευση και την επιστημονική κατάρτιση ερευνητών υψηλού επιπέδου. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι οι απόφοιτοι του να είναι σε θέση να διεκδικήσουν θέσεις σε Πανεπιστήμια του εξωτερικού και της Κύπρου, σε διεθνείς οργανισμούς διαμόρφωσης πολιτικής, καθώς και σε αξιόλογες εταιρείες του ιδιωτικού τομέα. Το Τμήμα Οικονομικών παρέχει ένα ακαδημαϊκό περιβάλλον με έντονο ερευνητικό προσανατολισμό. Το Tilburg UniversityResearch Ranking, το οποίο μετρά την ερευνητική παραγωγή σε ακαδημαϊκά περιοδικά των Οικονομικών, κατατάσσει συστηματικά το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου στα 100 κορυφαία ιδρύματα στην Ευρώπη, και περίπου στα 200 κορυφαία στον κόσμο. Μέλη του ακαδημαϊκού προσωπικού έχουν δημοσιεύσει σε πολλά από τα κορυφαία ακαδημαϊκά περιοδικά των οικονομικών και άλλων σχετικών κλάδων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των American Economic Review, Econometrica, Annals of Statistics, και QuarterlyJournal of Economics. Το πρόγραμμα ξεκινά με το στάδιο των μαθημάτων. Οι φοιτητές παρακολουθούν βασικά μαθήματα Μικροοικονομικών, Μακροοικονομικών και Οικονομετρίας, ένα μάθημα σε Αναλυτικές Μεθόδους, δύο μαθήματα Σύγχρονων Θεμάτων Οικονομικής Έρευνας και μαθήματα εμβάθυνσης σε συγκεκριμένους ερευνητικούς τομείς. Φοιτητές με αρκετά υψηλή απόδοση στα βασικά μαθήματα αποκτούν δικαίωμα να λάβουν μέρος στην περιεκτική εξέταση, η επιτυχία στην οποία δίνει στο φοιτητή το δικαίωμα να προχωρήσει στο ερευνητικό στάδιο του προγράμματος. Στο ερευνητικό στάδιο, ο φοιτητής διεξάγει έρευνα υπό την καθοδήγηση ερευνητικού συμβούλου, με σκοπό την εκπόνηση διδακτορικής διατριβής. Η γλώσσα διδασκαλίας του προγράμματος είναι η Αγγλική. Αναζητούμε υποψηφίους με ισχυρές αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, υπόβαθρο στις ποσοτικές μεθόδους (όχι απαραίτητα στα Οικονομικά) και πάθος για έρευνα. Φοιτητές που προέρχονται απευθείας από προπτυχιακές σπουδές, ή χωρίς μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στα Οικονομικά, συνήθως εγγράφονται πρώτα στο Μάστερ στη Οικονομική Ανάλυση. Φοιτητές που γίνονται δεκτοί στο πρόγραμμα έχουν την ευκαιρία να τους αναγνωριστούν παρόμοια μαθήματα που έχουν παρακολουθήσει σε άλλα Πανεπιστήμια. Χρηματοδότηση Το Τμήμα καταβάλλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια ώστε οι διδακτορικοί φοιτητές να έχουν ικανοποιητικούς οικονομικούς πόρους που να τους επιτρέπουν να ζουν ανεξάρτητα κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών τους. Το Τμήμα καλύπτει τα δίδακτρα των νεοεισερχόμενων φοιτητών πλήρους φοίτησης του Διδακτορικού προγράμματος. Επιπλέον, οι περισσότεροι φοιτητές λαμβάνουν οικονομική στήριξη με τη μορφή υποτροφιών ή μέσω εργοδότησης σε θέσεις βοηθών διδασκαλίας. Φοιτητές που εγγράφονται αρχικά στο Μάστερ στην Οικονομική Ανάλυση είναι επίσης επιλέξιμοι για χρηματοδότηση. Για Ελλαδίτες φοιτητές υπάρχει προσθέτει στήριξη από την Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία. Την τελευταία δεκαετία, το Τμήμα παρείχε οικονομική στήριξη σε όλους τους διδακτορικούς του φοιτητές καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών τους, καθώς και σε σημαντικό αριθμό των φοιτητών του Μάστερ στην Οικονομική Ανάλυση. Αρχική προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων: 31/03/2022 Οι αιτήσεις που λαμβάνονται έως την αρχική προθεσμία θα αξιολογηθούν στις αρχές Απριλίου, κατά προτεραιότητα. What You Have:

  • Prior experience in executive search, market / business research or management consulting is a plus
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Strong communication skills

Τα «Σημεία Στήριξης» απευθύνονται σε μικρές οργανώσεις της Κοινωνίας των Πολιτών στην Ελλάδα, τις οποίες υποστηρίζουν στην υλοποίηση πρωτότυπων δράσεων μικρής κλίμακας και μέγιστου κοινωνικού αντίκτυπου, στην ενδυνάμωση των δομών τους καθώς και στην ανάπτυξη ικανοτήτων που θα συμβάλουν στη βιωσιμότητά τους. Στο πλαίσιο του 5ου κύκλου του Προγράμματος θα ενισχυθούν έως τριάντα δράσεις με το ποσό των 5.000€ έκαστη, οι οποίες θα έχουν διάρκεια έως 6 μήνες και θα εμπίπτουν σε μία από τις ακόλουθες, ορισμένες από τους χρηματοδότες του Προγράμματος, θεματικές ενότητες:
  • Κοινωνική ενσωμάτωση ατόμων με αναπηρία (Κοινωφελές Ίδρυμα Ιωάννη Σ. Λάτση)
  • Υποστήριξη ατόμων της τρίτης ηλικίας (ΤΙΜΑ Κοινωφελές Ίδρυμα)
  • Υποστήριξη ευάλωτων ομάδων (Κοινωφελές Ίδρυμα Κοινωνικού και Πολιτιστικού έργου ΚΙΚΠΕ)
  • Υποστήριξη δράσεων για το παιδί
    • Παιδί και υγεία (Ίδρυμα Καπετάν Βασίλη & Κάρμεν Κωνσταντακόπουλου)
    • Παιδί και περιβάλλον (Ίδρυμα Α. Γ. Λεβέντη)
  • Υποστήριξη δράσεων για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος
    • Προστασία υδάτινων και παράκτιων οικοσυστημάτων (Κοινωφελές Ίδρυμα Α.Κ. Λασκαρίδη)
    • Προστασία δασικών και άλλων χερσαίων οικοσυστημάτων (Costas M. Lemos Foundation)
Οι επιλέξιμες οργανώσεις πρέπει να πληρούν τις ακόλουθες προϋποθέσεις:
  • Να είναι νομικά πρόσωπα μη κερδοσκοπικού χαρακτήρα με έδρα στην Ελλάδα (σωματεία, σύλλογοι, ΑΜΚΕ κ.ο.κ.), καθώς και κοινωνικές συνεταιριστικές επιχειρήσεις.
  • Να έχουν ετήσιο κύκλο εργασιών έως 50.000€ κατά το τελευταίο φορολογικό έτος.
  • Να μην εμπίπτουν στη δικαιοδοσία του Δημοσίου και η δράση τους να μην έχει θρησκευτικό, πολιτικό ή εμπορικό χαρακτήρα.
Παράλληλα με τις χρηματοδοτήσεις, το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει δωρεάν συμμετοχή των οργανώσεων σε δραστηριότητες ενδυνάμωσης ικανοτήτων (capacity building), οι οποίες θα χρηματοδοτηθούν και θα υλοποιηθούν από το Ίδρυμα Μποδοσάκη μέσω του Social Dynamo, το NGO hub του Ιδρύματος. Οι ενδιαφερόμενες οργανώσεις μπορούν να υποβάλουν τις αιτήσεις τους μέσω της αντίστοιχης φόρμας έως και το Σάββατο 30 Απριλίου 2022 και τα αποτελέσματα θα ανακοινωθούν τον Ιούλιο του 2022. Εκδήλωση έναρξης Στο πλαίσιο της Εκδήλωσης Έναρξης του Προγράμματος, η οποία θα διεξαχθεί την Τετάρτη 1 Μαρτίου 2022, και ώρα 16.00-18.00, θα παρουσιαστούν οι στόχοι και η δομή του, οι θεματικές ενότητες που θα χρηματοδοτηθούν από τα Ιδρύματα όπως και η διαδικασία αίτησης. Εργαστήρια Συγγραφής Αιτήσεων Το εργαστήριο συγγραφής αίτησης πρόκειται για ένα δίωρο διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο, προσαρμοσμένο στις ανάγκες των οργανώσεων που συμμετέχουν στον 5ο κύκλο του προγράμματος Σημείων Στήριξης. Στόχος είναι η ενημέρωση και καθοδήγηση σε κάθε ένα από τα στάδια συμπλήρωσης της αίτησης προς διευκόλυνσή σας. Η σειρά των 4 εργαστήριων απευθύνεται σε φορείς που δραστηριοποιούνται στην Κεντρική Ελλάδα, τη Βόρεια Ελλάδα & το Βόρειο Αιγαίο, τη Δυτική Ελλάδα & και την Πελοπόννησο, και τέλος την Κρήτη & το Νότιο Αιγαίο, και θα λάβουν χώρα στις 9, 16, 23 και 30 Μαρτίου 2022, 16.00-18.00, αντίστοιχα.
