Συγγρού Περιγραφή θέσης/εργασίας: Η 4i Accounting A.E., αποτελεί ένα εξειδικευμένο γραφείο παροχής φορολογικών συμβουλών και λογιστικών υπηρεσιών με έδρα την Αθήνα (Λεωφόρος Συγγρού) και αναζητά ένα Βοηθό Λογιστή. Ο Βοηθός Λογιστή ως μέρος της ομάδας επαγγελματιών λογιστών και φοροτεχνικών του γραφείου μας, θα πραγματοποιεί βοηθητικές και άλλες εργασίες σε σχέση με την τήρηση βιβλίων και τις καθημερινές λογιστικές διαδικασίες στα πλαίσια των υπηρεσιών λογιστικής υποστήριξης του πελατολογίου μας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα κατέχει καλή κατανόηση των λογιστικών αρχών και θα είναι σε θέση να εργαστεί επιμελώς με αριθμούς και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Καταχώρηση ημερολογιακών εγγραφών, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι τα χρηματοοικονομικά στοιχεία & συναλλαγές καταγράφονται έγκαιρα και με ακρίβεια
• Πραγματοποίηση συμφωνιών λογαριασμών ισοζυγίου
• Πραγματοποίηση συμφωνιών τραπεζικών λογαριασμών
• Προετοιμασία αναλύσεων και καταστάσεων προς τους υπεύθυνους της ομάδας
• Παροχή υποστήριξης σε μεμονωμένα έργα/projects
• Υποστήριξη σε λογιστικές εργασίες τέλους μήνα & τέλους χρόνου
• Εφαρμογή και τήρηση εσωτερικών διαδικασιών
• Βοήθεια για την έκδοση τιμολογίων

Επιθυμητές Δεξιότητες και Εμπειρία

• Πτυχίο Λογιστικής (ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ)
• Εργασιακή εμπειρία : 1 με 3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε περιβάλλον λογιστικού γραφείου
• Εξαιρετική γνώση της Αγγλικής και της Ελληνικής γλώσσας
• Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες γραφής στην αγγλική και ελληνική γλώσσα
