Σύντομο Προφίλ Θέσης: Ο ρόλος αποτελεί μέλος του τμήματος IT Infrastructure της Διεύθυνσης Λειτουργίας Αυτοκινητοδρόμων του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ και παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη στα συστήματα είσπραξης διοδίων, διευκολύνοντας την ορθή απεικόνιση των πληροφοριών στις βάσεις δεδομένων της εταιρείας. Η θέση θα έχει έδρα τα γραφεία της εταιρείας στην περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας (νομός Αττικής). Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης:
  • Παρέχει υποστήριξη πρώτης γραμμής στους εσωτερικούς χρήστες της εταιρείας αναφορικά με το Σύστημα Είσπραξης διοδίων.
  • Πραγματοποιεί περιοδικούς ελέγχους για την επιβεβαίωση των ορθών εισπράξεων διοδίων εντός των συστημάτων.
  • Διαχειρίζεται τους servers για τα συστήματα ευθύνης του, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία τους σε καθημερινή βάση.
  • Διενεργεί εργασίες προληπτικής & επεμβατικής συντήρησης ή και αναβαθμίσεις στο Σύστημα Είσπραξης διοδίων σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη του τμήματος & την Διεύθυνση Συντήρησης & Διαχείρισης Κυκλοφορίας.
  • Εκτελεί ημερήσιους ελέγχους στο σύστημα διαλειτουργικότητας (GRITS) διασφαλίζοντας την ορθή καταχώρηση των στοιχείων.
  • Δημιουργεί αναφορές που αφορούν τις επεμβατικές ενέργειες και τα θέματα που προκύπτουν στα συστήματα ευθύνης του, για την πληρέστερη ενημέρωση της διοίκησης του τμήματος.
  • Τροποποιεί και παρακολουθεί τις διαδικασίες που αφορούν την διαχείριση του Συστήματος Είσπραξης διοδίων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Υποψηφίων:
  • Πτυχίο στον κλάδο της Πληροφορικής
  • Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος σπουδών στην Πληροφορική ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας:
1. Στην τεχνική υποστήριξη συστημάτων λογισμικού 2. Στην υποστήριξη χρηστών σε καθημερινή βάση
  • Καλή εξοικείωση με Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server databases
  • Άριστη χρήση του MS Office
  • Άριστη χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

  • Serves as point of contact for Client payment inquiries via email & telephone

What You Have:

  We seek for a Junior Systems Engineer to join our Systems Operations and Engineering (SOE) team. Το Διαδικτυακό Workshop «Εκπαίδευση σε Κοινωνικές Δεξιότητες: Συναισθηματική Ρύθμιση, Επικοινωνία, Διεκδικητικότητα», διάρκειας 120 λεπτών, θα πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω της πλατφόρμας Big Blue Button την Πέμπτη 07/04/2022, 15:00-17:00. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/-ες φοιτητές/φοιτήτριες θα δηλώνουν συμμετοχή μέσω της ιστοσελίδας accessibility.unipi.gr και θα τους αποστέλλεται ένα αυτοματοποιημένο email με το link στο οποίο θα μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν το workshop.

Τα μέσα και οι τεχνικές διεξαγωγής του workshop αποτελούνται από παρουσίαση PowerPoint, διάλογο, τα βίντεο, τα roleplays, τις βιωματικές ασκήσεις και την ανατροφοδότηση. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων/συμμετεχουσών θα είναι δέκα άτομα.

KIOS Research Internship Positions for the Summer 2022

The KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence announces 5 summer internship positions (Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program) for the summer 2022 session for undergraduate university students. KIOS provides an inspiring environment for carrying out high-level research in the area of Information and Communication Technologies with emphasis on the Monitoring, Control and Security of Critical Infrastructures, including power and energy systems, water networks, transportation networks, telecommunication networks and systems for emergency management and response. The Center instigates interdisciplinary interaction and promotes collaboration between industry, academia and research organizations in high-tech areas of global importance. Students selected will work with the academics and KIOS researchers in research and innovation programs of the Center. The positions are open to students from all sectors who believe they can work and contribute to technological research projects. The internship students can work in one of the following application areas of the center:
  • Intelligent transportation systems
  • Smart water networks
  • Next generation telecommunication systems and networks
  • Power systems, smart grids, and integration of renewable energy sources
  • Robotics, embedded and IoT hardware and software systems
  • Disaster management and health care/biomedical systems
The working hours and the period of employment are flexible. It is expected that students will work 30 hours per week (on average). The duration of employment will be agreed with the selected students and may vary from 4 to 8 weeks (between June 6 and July 29, 2022) and will include a mandatory presentation between July 25 and 29.
