GS Maritime Co. Ltd is looking to hire for the position of the “Assistant Accountant”
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Recording invoices & payments in Benefit Software
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics/Finance or Accounting Demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office with focus on Excel
- Excellent command of the English language
- Familiarity with software applications such as Benefit and WTelix will be considered as a plus
