Senior Business Analyst  We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to design and deliver business workflows and business rules using a low-code platform. You will work on large-scale enterprise systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum-based) environment. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and client stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and support solution delivery from design to validation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
  • Design and model business processes and workflows using BPMN 2.0.
  • Configure and test business rules using a BRMS platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog items and define acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution design and contribute to system improvements.
  • Work closely with development teams throughout implementation and testing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and delivery practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in business analysis within enterprise software environments.
  • Experience in formal requirements authoring (BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories).
  • Practical experience modelling business processes using BPMN 2.0.
  • Experience working with no-code or low-code platforms or business rules management systems.
  • Experience contributing to solution design and requirements definition.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope management, dependencies, risks, and timelines
  • Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in banking systems or Loan Origination Systems.
  • Experience working with REST APIs (JSON, XML).
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar lifecycle management tools.
  • Availability to travel abroad.
