Μέσα από το Πρόγραμμα, οι συμμετέχουσες (mentees) θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να λάβουν καθοδήγηση από έμπειρες επαγγελματίες (mentors), να συζητήσουν επιλογές σταδιοδρομίας, να αναπτύξουν επαγγελματικές δεξιότητες και να διευρύνουν το επαγγελματικό τους δίκτυο.
