Η Ιταλική κυβέρνηση χορηγεί για το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2018-2019 υποτροφίες σε Έλληνες / Ελληνίδες φοιτητές / φοιτήτριες, που αντιστοιχούν στο ποσό των 900 ευρώ μηνιαίως.
Καθε υποτροφία μπορεί να έχει εξάμηνη (6) ή εννεάμηνη (9) διάρκεια για μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές, διδακτορικό, έρευνα ή σχολές εξειδίκευσης, ή τρίμηνη (3) διάρκεια για μαθήματα ιταλικής γλώσσας και κουλτούρας.

The internship will strongly facilitate the understanding of our core product, component services for airlines, with all its complexity and diversity. Your tasks:
- Definition of CRM requirements and support the implementation of the tool together with the project team
- Development and enhancement of Spairliners sales tools with paying great attention to detail
- Enhancement of Spairliners’ market analysis tool using your analytical and excellent MS Excel skills
- Perform SWOT analysis of Spairliners products using your analytical and figurative skills
- Support Sales Managers and Product Sales Manager on sales campaigns upon needs
Your profile:
- Ongoing enrolment in Master studies in Aviation or Business Engineering
- Excellent analytical skills and affinity for figures and user proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with sales process and CRM tools is beneficial
- Fast perception, systematic way of working and excellent self-organisation with a can-do attitude
- Absolute accuracy in terms of data handling and paying great attention to details

ΘΕΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ: IT HELP DESK SUPPORT – ACTIONAID
Candidates must have at least one (1) year of working experience in help desk support/ technical assistance and troubleshooting. Applicants should be able to provide first level support to end-users, technical and troubleshooting assistance, regarding networks and other PC related systems. Enthusiasm, familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems, ability to collaborate with different cross-functional teams, as well as a great “customer service” approach will be highly valued.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated People and Skills Advocate to join our Human Resources function within the Department of Supporting Services. This is a full time role that does not require significant work experience but requires relevant academic training. In this role you will support all human resources related issues with a focus in the development of our people and their skills. Your area of responsibility will include recruitment, skills development, performance reviews, employee engagement and satisfaction and consulting engagement scheduling. You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Lead.
