• Τηρεί το σύνολο των πολιτικών/διαδικασιών των διαφόρων συστημάτων (ΣΔΠ/ HACCP/ Τηρεί το σύνολο των πολιτικών/διαδικασιών των διαφόρων συστημάτων (ΣΔΠ/ HACCP/ Ασφάλεια / ΕΗSS) που αφορούν στη θέση και συνεργασία με όλους τους υπευθύνους για τη βελτίωση των συστημάτων αυτών.
• Επιβλέπει το σύνολο των εργασιών αντικείμενο του τομέα αρμοδιότητας του (Παραλαβή, Προετοιμασία, Φόρτωση, Ανασυσκευασία κοκ) πάντα σύμφωνα με συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις καθώς και τις ιδιαίτερες απαιτήσεις των προϊόντων όπως αυτές έχουν καθοριστεί από τον πελάτη ή/και νομοθετικές και κανονιστικές διατάξεις.
• Διασφαλίζει την επάρκεια και καλή λειτουργία των μέσων /εξοπλισμού και των εγκαταστάσεων αρμοδιότητας του πάντα σύμφωνα με τις σχετικές διαδικασίες της εταιρείας και τις συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις που διέπουν τις σχέσεις τους με πελάτες.
• Προγραμματίζει και διαχειρίζεται το μόνιμο και εποχιακό προσωπικό προκειμένου να διασφαλίζεται η αποδοτική καθημερινή λειτουργία της αποθήκης βάσει του συνολικού πλάνου ημερήσιας εργασίας.
• Εφαρμόζει και διασφαλίζει τη σωστή εφαρμογή των διαφόρων συστημάτων και διαδικασιών διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού (HR ) στο μόνιμο προσωπικό (παρουσιολόγιο, άδειες, βάρδιες, εκπαιδεύσεις, δικαιολογητικά, αξιολόγηση, πειθαρχικές κυρώσεις κ.α.)
• Εφαρμόζει τα συστήματα και διαδικασίες διαχείρισης εποχιακού προσωπικού (παρουσιολόγιο, εκπαιδεύσεις, αξιολογήσεις, δικαιολογητικά κ.α.)
• Διασφαλίζει τη διατήρηση υγιούς εργασιακού κλίματος και επικοινωνίας στην ομάδα. Παρακινεί, οργανώνει και ενθαρρύνει την ομαδική εργασία και εξασφαλίζει τη συνεργασία μεταξύ των μελών.
• Εξασφαλίζει τη συλλογική παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση δεικτών ατομικής και ομαδικής παραγωγικότητας.
• Εξασφαλίζει τη συλλογική παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση δεικτών ποιότητας.
• Αναζητά και εξασφαλίζει τη συνεχή επικοινωνία με τις υπόλοιπες αποθήκες με στόχο επίτευξη συνεργείων, την ανάπτυξη του προσωπικού και την ανταλλαγή μεθόδων που θα βοηθήσουν συλλογικά τον τρόπο διαχείρισης των αποθηκών.
• Αναλύει και προτείνει λύσεις που θα βελτιώσουν τις διαδικασίες της αποθήκης και τον ευρύτερο τρόπο λειτουργίας της
• Σχεδιάζει, εφαρμόζει και εποπτεύει την ένταξη νέων έργων στην αποθήκη

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

• Απαραίτητα κάτοχος σχετικού Πτυχίου και Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου
• Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση αλλά όχι απαραίτητη
• Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
• Γνώση στη χρήση Η/Υ και Office

Software Engineer – Algorithmic Trading

We’re looking for a software engineer to join our algorithmic trading team. You’ll be working to collect and analyze historical cryptocurrency price and trading data to propose new strategies using big data, machine learning and natural language processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administrating our Linux servers for data collection, ensuring uninterrupted operation, security, monitoring, and automated deployment of our platform.
• Developing our collection systems to collect high resolution timely financial data from various sources and reverse engineering network protocols to achieve good quality data.
• Analyzing big data using statistical methods to verify trading strategy hypotheses.
• Implementing real-time trading strategies to manage actual capital in time sensitive medium frequency settings.
• Collaborating with our cryptographers in studying the fundamentals of cryptocurrencies to extract experimental hypotheses that are likely to succeed.
• Ensuring robustness of our trading strategies by performing backtesting, unit and end-to-end testing, failsafe mechanisms and redundancy.

Requirements

Software Engineer – Smart Contract

We’re looking for a software engineer with smart contract experience. You’ll be working with the rest of the team to build smart contracts for internal use as well as consulting clients. Responsibilities

• Creating new smart contracts in Solidity and the Ethereum blockchain.
• Ensuring the smart contracts are safe by using the latest best practices in the industry and avoiding well-known bug classes.
• Staying up-to-date with latest breaches and practices in the field.
• Testing smart contracts for security and robustness by writing unit and end-to-end tests.
• Reading smart contract code for auditing purposes to ensure they behave as intended.
• Working with our front-end team to connect our web services with blockchains and smart contracts.
• Working with our cryptographers to ensure the smart contracts correspond to the desired theoretical protocols.
• Integrating smart contracts in node.js using web3 and truffle.

Requirements
