The ideal candidate is familiar with all stages of software development from preliminary system analysis and design to tests and deployment. Ultimately, the role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle
  • Write well-designed, testable code in C++
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software products
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or related role

Role purpose: The CRM Delivery Engineer is end to end accountable for the design and delivery of CRM Applications projects. Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Analyse and design the required changes in the CRM application
  • Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables

ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΗΣ Το πρώτο βήμα είναι να μας στείλεις το βιογραφικό σου σημείωμα. Εφόσον πληροίς όλα τα τυπικά κριτήρια, το τμήμα HR θα έρθει σε επικοινωνία μαζί σου προκειμένου να προχωρήσεις στο επόμενο στάδιο της διαδικασίας. Το επόμενο στάδιο περιλαμβάνει ένα σύντομο test γνωστικών ικανοτήτων και ένα test συνεργασίας Η συνέντευξη από κοντά σηματοδοτεί την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας επιλογής. Το HR και καταξιωμένα στελέχη της εταιρίας μας θα σε γνωρίσουν από κοντά και θα επιλέξουν ποια ταλέντα θέλουν να εντάξουν στην ομάδα τους! Αυτό που θα καθορίσει την τελική επιλογή είναι το πάθος και η όρεξη για εργασία και η θέληση να εμπλακούν και να μάθουν! Καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας το HR θα βρίσκεται στη διάθεσή σου προκειμένου να σου λύσει τυχόν απορίες ή να σε ενημερώνει για την εξέλιξη της διαδικασίας.
ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ Το πρόγραμμα θα έχει συνολική διάρκεια 12-14 μήνες και ολοκληρώνεται με τη συνολική αξιολόγηση της προόδου και των αποτελεσμάτων εργασίας του κάθε trainee. Τελικό στάδιο είναι η οριστική ένταξή του σε μία οργανική θέση εργασίας, ανάλογα με τα ενδιαφέροντα, τις δεξιότητες του και τις ανάγκες της εταιρίας.
ΣΤΑΔΙΑ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ
Οι πρώτοι 2 μήνες Τους πρώτους 2 μήνες θα έχεις την ευκαιρία για μια πρώτη γνωριμία με τον Γρηγόρη και το δίκτυο μας. Θα συναντήσεις το Μέντορά σου και θα δημιουργήσετε μαζί το προσωπικό πλάνο ανάπτυξής σου. Θα ακολουθήσουν συναντήσεις γνωριμίας με τα στελέχη της εταιρίας μας και θα έχεις μια πρώτη εικόνα του αντικειμένου της κάθε Διεύθυνσης. Στη συνέχεια, θα εκπαιδευτείς από την αρχή για όλη τη γκάμα των προϊόντων μας καθώς και για τη λειτουργία των καταστημάτων μας με on-the-job εκπαίδευση σε κατάστημα Γρηγόρης αλλά και με επισκέψεις στα καταστήματά μας μαζί με τους επιθεωρητές και τους συμβούλους λειτουργίας. Τους επόμενους 10-12 μήνες Το επόμενο διάστημα θα αφιερώσεις πιο πολύ χρόνο, μέσα από ένα δομημένο πρόγραμμα rotation, στη γνωριμία με τα επιμέρους τμήματα της εταιρίας μας – Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality Control, Franchise Development. Θα εργάζεσαι δίπλα σε ομάδες με διαφορετικές γνώσεις, θα αναλάβεις διαφορετικά projects, θα αναπτύξεις ικανότητες και δεξιότητες που που θα σε εκπλήξουν. Θα βρίσκεσαι κοντά στα κέντρα λήψης αποφάσεων και θα έχεις τη δυνατότητα να δεις τις ιδέες σου να υλοποιούνται στη πράξη. Τελικό Στάδιο Έχοντας ολοκληρώσει το πρόγραμμά μας, θα ακολουθήσει η τελική αξιολόγηση και η οριστική τοποθέτησή σου σε μία οργανική θέση σύμφωνα με τις δεξιότητές σου και τις ανάγκες της εταιρία μας.
ΜΙΣΘΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΟΧΕΣ Οι συμμετέχοντες στο πρόγραμμα θα εχουν εξ αρχής σύμβαση αορίστου χρόνου και ένα ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών. Παράλληλα θα συμμετέχουν στο ομαδικό πρόγραμμα ασφάλισης της εταιρίας μας.

ΘΕΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ: ΒΟΗΘΟΥ ΛΟΓΙΣΤΗΡΙΟΥ & ΔΙΟΙΚΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΥΠΟΣΤΗΡΙΞΗΣ – CNP

ΕΥΚΑΙΡΙΕΣ ΚΑΡΙΕΡΑΣ

Η CNP ΖΩΗΣ, μέλος του γαλλικού πολυεθνικού ασφαλιστικού ομίλου CNP ASSURANCES, στηρίζει την ανάπτυξή της, στην ελληνική αγορά, στη μεγάλη τεχνογνωσία του Ομίλου που ανήκει και στις ισχυρές, διακριτές, τοπικές της δυνάμεις. Στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης της στρατηγικής ανάπτυξής της, η CNP ΖΩΗΣ επιθυμεί να στελεχώσει την ομάδα της με άτομο δυναμικό και φιλόδοξο για τη θέση Βοηθού Λογιστηρίου & Διοικητικής Υποστήριξης (Κωδικός Θέσης 003/GR). Κύρια Καθήκοντα θέσης:
  • Έλεγχος παραστατικών, λήψη εγκρίσεων σύμφωνα με τα εσωτερικά εγκριτικά όρια της εταιρίας
  • Καταχώρηση στο σύστημα ERP των λογιστικών εγγραφών που αφορούν τιμολόγια εξόδων και λοιπών λογιστικών εγγραφών
  • Υποστήριξη στην εκτέλεση των διαδικασιών που σχετίζονται με το μηνιαίο κλείσιμο
  • Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη του Γενικού Διευθυντή της Εταιρίας
  • Εξωτερικές εργασίες που αφορούν το Λογιστήριο π.χ. ΔΟΥ, ΙΚΑ κτλ.
  • Παραλαβή και διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης σε Οικονομικά / Λογιστικά
  • Εξαίρετη γνώση Η/Υ και διαδικτυακών εφαρμογών (Word/Excel etc)
Άλλα Προσόντα που θα θεωρηθούν σχετικά:
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία έως 3 χρόνια σε Λογιστικό Γραφείο
  • Άλλα ακαδημαϊκά ή επαγγελματικά προσόντα, συναφή με τον λογιστικό κλάδο ή/και το περιεχόμενο της θέσης εργασίας
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας, τόσο στην προφορική όσο και στη γραπτή επικοινωνία
Ικανότητες/Γνώσεις:
  • Πολύ καλές αναλυτικές ικανότητες
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμογή στις αλλαγές
  • Πολύ καλή διαχείριση χρόνου και ικανότητα να ενεργεί βάσει στενώνχρονοδιαγραμμάτων
