  • Responding to clients’ needs for applications with an eye to the most feasible and effective solutions.
  • Coordinating with team members to create client apps in a clear and timely manner.
  • Handling various technical aspects, coding of modules using the provided specifications, debugging and fixing the defects.
  • Ensuring applications are properly integrated with various APIs.
  • Handling data and web services.
  • Ensuring business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled before delivery.
  • Optimizing the interfacing of the apps with a variety of systems to ensure flexible and agile use.

Requirements

  • Computer Science or relevant University Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3 years of native Android app development experience.
  • Proven working experience with at least 2 published apps.
  • Play Store publish process experience.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Skilled in communicating directly with the customer technical team to resolve problems or agree on technical solutions as required.
  • Business Analysis skills.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong Native Android SDK development skills in Java and Kotlin.
  • Experience in Android Architecture Components.
  • Experience in developing for different form factors (tablets, phones, phablets), android versions and awareness of compatibility pitfalls and techniques.
  • Ability to develop against a variety of web architectures and services such as REST, SOAP, JSON and experience in networking libraries (Retrofit, OkHttp)
  • Experience in Design Patterns like MVP and MVVM
  • Knowledge of Android design principles, design patterns and best practices
  • Familiarity with dependency injection and reactive programming
  • Familiarity with version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tool

Σύντομη περιγραφή-Σεμινάριο Διαχείρισης Χρόνου, Ιούνιος 2021
Το Διαδικτυακό Σεμινάριο Διαχείρισης Χρόνου, διάρκειας 120 λεπτών, θα μέσω της πλατφόρμας Big Blue Button τη Δευτέρα 23/06/2021, 14:00-16:00. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/-ες φοιτητές/φοιτήτριες θα δηλώνουν συμμετοχή μέσω της ιστοσελίδας accessibility.unipi.gr και θα τους αποστέλλεται ένα αυτοματοποιημένο email με το link στο οποίο θα μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν το σεμινάριο.
Τα μέσα διεξαγωγής του σεμιναρίου αποτελούνται από παρουσίαση PowerPoint, διάλογο και βιωματικές ασκήσεις. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός των συμμετεχόντων/ συμμετεχουσών θα είναι δέκα άτομα. Οι στόχοι και τα προσδοκώμενα αποτελέσματα για τους συμμετέχοντες/ τις συμμετέχουσες είναι η εκμάθηση δεξιοτήτων θέσπισης στόχων, δεξιοτήτων προγραμματισμού και συγκεκριμένων τεχνικών διαχείρισης χρόνου. Το σεμινάριο λαμβάνει χώρα στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης του Έργου «Κοινωνική Μέριμνα Φοιτητών Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς».

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek language
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills on short timeframes
  • No prior working experience with SIEM/Log Analysis is required, but it will be considered a plus.

Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας Οι Εκπρόσωποι Διαχείρισης Πελατών Στοιχηματισμού είναι υπεύθυνοι για την υποστήριξη των πελατών του ΟΠΑΠ, εξειδικευμένοι στις online υπηρεσίες και τα προϊόντα του Ομίλου. Στα βασικά καθήκοντα & αρμοδιότητες τους περιλαμβάνονται η online υποστήριξη των πελατών μέσω live chat, επικοινωνιών ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου (Emails) και τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης εισερχομένων κλήσεων, βελτιώνοντας την στοιχηματική εμπειρία του εκάστοτε παίκτη.

  • Παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών μέσω συνομιλίας, τηλεφώνου και email σε πραγματικό χρόνο
  • Πραγματοποίηση ελέγχων επαλήθευσης σε σχέση με το προφίλ του εκάστοτε πελάτη (KYC)
  • Υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση πελατών με όλα τα αιτήματα και παρακολούθηση αυτών όπου απαιτείται
  • Προώθηση τεχνικών και επιχειρησιακών προβλημάτων στα αρμόδια τμήματα
  • Παροχή ανατροφοδότησης στην διοίκηση για την στοιχηματική εμπειρία των παικτών
 
Κατάρτιση & Επαγγελματική Εμπειρία
  • Προπτυχιακός τίτλος ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ ή ΑΕΙ επιθυμητός
  • Άριστη Γνώση Ελληνικής γλώσσας (C2)
  • Kαλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (B2)
  • Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ σε περιβάλλον Windows (επιθυμητές πιστοποιήσεις ECDL/Keycert)
