WAREHOUSE ACCOUNTANT

• Develop and maintain inventory controls and procedures to maintain accurate cost data for all products and ensure integrity of financial statements
• Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and timeliness of the accounting close and reporting process.
• Control of valuations – production cost
• Management of cost items (cost centers – cost data – statistical indicators)
• Maintenance of procedures regarding the allocation of industrial costs into products
• Labor costing
• Cost data analysis reports
• Serve as the primary divisional contact for external auditors and other third-party regulators as it relates to warehouse operations
• Assist on special projects and ad hoc reports as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Solid knowledge on valuation methods, inventories stock balance control & production costing
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced excel skills)
• Knowledge of sap system (mm -co modules)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

• Συντήρηση και παρακολούθηση Βάσεων Δεδομένων
• Υλοποίηση και συντήρηση διαδικασιών σε βάσεις δεδομένων
• Εξαγωγή αναφορών από Βάσεις δεδομένων
• Εγκατάσταση Εφαρμογών και web services σε περιβάλλον windows
• Διενέργεια δοκιμών σε υπάρχον και νέο λογισμικό που υλοποιείται για τον οργανισμό με σκοπό την διαπίστωση της σωστής λειτουργίας
• Επικοινωνία με φορείς συνεργαζόμενους με τον οργανισμό με σκοπό την ενημέρωση για τεχνικές προδιαγραφές που προκύπτουν από νέες κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις

• Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
• Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής (ή παρεμφερές) Ανώτατης ή Ανώτερης Σχολής (ΑΕΙ – ΤΕΙ)
• Βασικές Γνώσεις δικτύων και διασύνδεσης εφαρμογών σε περιβάλλοντα windows
• Καλή γνώση Συστημάτων Διαχείρισης Βάσεων Δεδομένων (Ιδανικά Microsoft Sql Server)
• Γνώση SQL και T-sql
• Εμπειρία στον Προγραμματισμό

• Γνώσεις προγραμματισμού σε .net Framework και τεχνολογίες Microsoft
• Γενικές Γνώσεις σε web Services και APIs
• Γνώσεις παραμετροποίησης και διαχείρισης IIS Web Server
• Πρότερη εμπειρία σε οργανισμό στον τραπεζικό χώρο ή γενικότερα στον χρηματοοικονομικό χώρο
• Certifications στις παραπάνω τεχνολογίες

• Assist in recruiting top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network
• Perform industry research to identify topical trends in the Healthcare, Energy/Industrials, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecom industries to deliver best-in-class client service
• Utilize the phone, e-mail, and other outreach methods to recruit existing Guidepoint Advisors to participate in projects with our Clients by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you’re working on
• Assess client research needs and develop outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts
• Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
• Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with or equivalent experience; strong grades are a plus with a maximum of one quarter or semester of school to complete after internship
• Fluency in English is essential; very good knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) is a plus

• Work with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
• Ensure infrastructure performance, uptime, scale, monitor and maintain production VMs on cloud
• Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines (Cloudflare and penetration tests)

• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AWS and Azure applications and workloads
