Περιγραφή
Η mediatel σε συνεργασία με κορυφαίο οργανισμό Τηλεπικοινωνιών στην Ελλάδα, προσφέρει ευκαιρίες εργασίας στην Τεχνική Υποστήριξη. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον Εντοπισμό Αναγκών και την Επίλυση Τεχνικών Ζητημάτων των συνδρομητών στη σταθερή τηλεφωνία, internet ή/και ψηφιακή τηλεόραση.
Απαιτήσεις
- Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ – ΤΕΙ – ΙΕΚ με κατεύθυνση Τηλεπικοινωνίες, Δίκτυα ή Πληροφορική
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνική τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε τηλεπικοινωνιακό πάροχο
- Γνώσεις σε δίκτυα, διαχείριση βλαβών Internet, τηλεφωνίας και τηλεόρασης (επιθυμητό προσόν)

Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the IH Manager, to develop initiatives, policies and procedures that will further the Center’s Research Infrastructure development, performance and research support goals
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and report on the financial activities of the Center’s Research Infrastructure
- Oversee the specifications of the KIOS CoE Research Infrastructure
- Assist in the procurement of equipment and services
- Monitor human resource allocation
- Supervise progress of testbed development
- Organize and participate in site visits and events to showcase the KIOS CoE testbeds
- Promote the capabilities and usage of Research Infrastructure within KIOS CoE
- Coordinate activities and initiatives for the exploitation and commercialization of the KIOS
- Pursue national and/or international research infrastructure-related proposals for funding
- Represent KIOS CoE at international and/or national events, conferences, and seminars for the promotion of the KIOS CoE Research Infrastructure

Employment Terms:
The position is on a contract basis. Initially, a two-year contract will be offered, which is renewable based on performance. The gross monthly salary depends on the candidate’s qualifications and experience and will be between €2700 – €4500. From this amount, employee contributions to the Cyprus government funds will be deducted. The 13th salary bonus is incorporated into the monthly salary. Maternity leave will be granted based on Maternity Protection Law 1997(Ν.100(Ι)/1997), and the existing amendment laws.

Short description – Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible to conduct fundamental and/or applied research in the area of Information and Communication Technologies with emphasis on the Monitoring, Control, Security and Management of Critical Infrastructure Systems in order to produce knowledge and simultaneously promote KIOS CoE. Depending on their qualifications and expertise, the successful candidate will be responsible to conduct research in the area of Cybersecurity for cyber physical systems, using the KIOS CoE Research Infrastructures, prepare reports and project deliverables, attend physical and online project meetings, and contribute to the preparation of research proposals. Furthermore, the successful candidate is expected to publish his/her research results in top international conferences and journals.
