• Executing daily and drawing management processes to support lottery business operation and reconciliation controls

• Supporting the execution of corrective / improvement actions to the LOTOS Gaming System, according to the guidelines and directions

What you need to succeed: 

• BSc in Information technology or relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in technical operations support roles
• Very good knowledge of the gaming operations and procedures
• Availability to work in shifts
• Knowledge of IT service management/ticketing systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-support orientation with keen attention to detail
