KYC Administrator
Main Purpose:
Take responsibility for facilitating the counterparty due diligence process and assist the chartering team in admin tasks related to internal platforms: Imos / Alfresco
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
- Direct liaising/interacting with KYC team to ensure clearance of counterparties
- Direct liaising with broker/owner procuring necessary information on short notice
- Ensure the fast and efficient collection of necessary KYC from counterparties
- Scheduling voyages in Imos
- Adding counterparties in Imos when missing
- Clean up the IMOS database for double counterparty entries
- Keeping all certificates up to date
Abilities, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years previous experience in similar department is preferred
- Fluent speak/written English language and IT system literacy
- Adaptiveness to working in a multinational, high paced and challenging environment
