We are seeking for our Customer Service department the right individual to assume the position of

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINEE

(Code: CST)

Overview of the role:

The job holder will fully support Customer Service department, along with the achievement of the department’s targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modification of policy terms, payment method, beneficiaries etc
  • Policy Reinstatement,
  • Policy surrender
  • Grants loans based on policy terms
  • Performs accounting entries to reflect above mentioned processes
  • Updates and manages the software supporting the data of the department
  • Contacts agency outlets for Individual policy issues
  • Communicates with policy holders for the resolution of any pending issues
  • Both oral & verbal communication with company’s insured population
  • Delivery of top quality customer service

Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Statistics or Insurance studies
  • Good knowledge of English and MS Office
