Operations Coordinator
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Coordinator located in Piraeus, Greece. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating shipments, providing customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s activities.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Operations Management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Experience in administrative assistance/customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in operations management or supply chain management
