Field Service Trainee

We are looking for a Field Service Trainee who will:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems, understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate with the client, if necessary, and organize tasks for international clients ( to be completed from Greece)
- Provide on-site technical support and cover IT Support openings for the clients
- Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
- Arrange the return of spare parts/materials, that were not used or are out of order, to the warehouse
- Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
- Maintain and ensure that the vehicles are in a good condition
- Collaborate with teams for other company projects
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
- Driving license Α’/Β’ category
