Generalist
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and work collaboratively with multiple teams. The role will involve a mix of project management, administrative work, and other general duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project management, including coordinating timelines and deliverables, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining files and databases
- Conduct research and analysis to support various projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and communication
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and other company initiatives
- Assist with social media management, including creating content and scheduling posts
- Provide general support to the office as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working onsite at our offices
