SpeedAir S.A is a freight forwarding company with over 35 years of experience in the International Transports and Logistics industry, ranking among the leading members of the Greek IATA. We have offices/warehouses in most major Greek cities, including Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and Heraklion. We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Marine Logistics Operator and an Export Air Freight Operator, who will be based at our Athens office.
Key Responsibilities:
You shall work as a member of a team providing administrative support to our Marine Logistics, including:
- Management & processing of international shipments.
- Management of special transportation projects for ship spare parts.
- Communication with local and international partners & clients.
- Invoicing.
Role Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Fluency in the English language.
- Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a similar discipline preferred, but not essential.
- 1-3 years relevant experience will be an asset.
