INTERN ANALYST / ASSOCIATE ROLE

Colliers International is a global leading and diversified professional expert advisory and investment management firm, covering a wide range of commercial real estate services, from capital markets and corporate services to highly specialized properties. Colliers Greece, the exclusive affiliate of Colliers International for Greece and Cyprus, is seeking for a professional to join at an Analyst/Associate level its Commercial Advisory team.
Main Responsibilities
As a member of the Commercial Advisory team, the candidate will be responsible for the:
- Assisting in real estate market research and the preparation of reports for various advisory and valuation purposes, including secured lending, financial reporting (IFRS) and other assignments, in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), European Valuation Standards (EVS), and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards.
- Supporting the preparation of due diligence reports, feasibility studies, and other advisory assignments by conducting research, data collection, and analysis.
- Assisting in the development of presentations, proposals, and ad hoc marketing materials for client meetings, business development activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Providing administrative and operational support to engagement teams, including project coordination and management-related tasks as required.
- Participating in site visits and property inspections, as required by the scope and requirements of each assignment.
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining market, property, and transaction data to support analysis and reporting activities
Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following educational and professional criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s (BSc) degree, in at least one of the following disciplines: Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Be analytical thinker, with above average quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonal and business oriented
- Have a very good command of English, both written and oral
- Be proficient in the MS Office Suite, with focus on applications of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Previous internship or work experience within a professional services firm will be considered a plus. Graduates with no related professional experience will also be considered.
- Possesion of a valid driving licence Will be considere dan advantage
