Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to become a key part of our growing team. Based in Athens, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships — ensuring satisfaction, driving adoption of our solutions, and helping clients get the most out of what we offer. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in an innovative and fast moving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to the end users of client platforms
- Be one of the main points of contact for our client portfolio, handling requests and resolving issues promptly
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s objectives and ensure our solutions deliver real value
- Take over the full onboarding process for new clients, from kickoff to go-live
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and develop studies for assigned projects.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address client needs
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account or project management, customer success, or a related field (background in parking management systems is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with workflows and collaboration across different internal teams
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
- Sharp attention to detail
- Full professional proficiency in both Greek and English
- Valid driver’s license required
