Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Systems Support Technician to become a key part of our growing team. Based in Athens, you will be responsible for overseeing installations and ensuring the proper operation of our controlled parking systems — guided by technical manuals and with the ongoing support of our international manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware and software issues — both remotely and on-site — in accordance with technical manuals
- Primarily remote monitoring and administration of controlled parking systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine inspections, and ensure system uptime and reliability
- Direct collaboration with the back-office teams of our international manufacturing partners for specialized technical support
- Assist end users with product-related queries and issues
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
- Coordinate and oversee external technical crews during the physical installation of equipment
Requirements
- Knowledge of hardware and software, with familiarity with programming fundamentals
- Experience with management systems and programming knowledge is a plus
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to work
- Valid driver’s license required
