About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join the team and provide day-to-day support across office administration and finance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a fast-paced European real estate platform and to develop practical experience across multiple business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Office administration support, including managing correspondence, scheduling, filing and document organisation
- Coordinating signatures and circulation of contracts, board documents and corporate paperwork
- Supporting the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing of supplier invoices, expense claims and bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of payments and maintenance of accounting records
- Supporting month-end and quarterly reporting processes through data entry and reconciliation work
- Filing and maintaining records on the Group’s document management systems (Dropbox)
- Ad-hoc administrative and finance support across the wider team as required
What we are looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic Excel
- Reliable, organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
- A professional and discreet manner, given exposure to confidential information
- Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage
- Right to work in Greece
