As a Junior Marketing Associate – Digital & Growth Focus you will:
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives (campaigns, content, events)
- Coordinating with external partners (e.g. agencies, designers, content creators) to ensure smooth delivery
- Taking ownership of selected tasks and smaller initiatives
- Contributing to content creation (social media, website updates, basic copywriting)
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment-related marketing actions
- Monitoring basic performance indicators and reporting on progress
- Contributing ideas and supporting the organization of marketing activities

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g. Google, HubSpot, Meta, or equivalent) are considered a strong plus
- Demonstrated interest in marketing through projects, internships, or personal initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English)
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
