We are currently seeking talented Consulting Project Managers to join our team.
As a Consulting Project Manager at OCTANE, you will play a critical role in leading and managing complex consulting projects from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders in the private and public sectors in Greece and abroad.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage and drive all aspects of consulting projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables
- Execute project tasks, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify insights and make strategic recommendations
- Ensure project execution on time and on budget
- Ensure the quality of interim and final deliverables
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure project objectives are met
- Develop custom methodologies and tools to address specific client requirements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout project execution
- Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and reports
- Contribute to business development efforts, including lead generation and proposal writing
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, business, or engineering
- An MBA or other relevant Graduate degree is highly desirable
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting (or a similar role), preferably in large Greek or multinational consulting firms.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering consulting projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Fulfillment of Military service obligation for male candidates
