Supply Officer
Arcadia Shipmanagement Co. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Officer to join our team, supporting the timely and cost-effective procurement of spare parts, stores and provisions for our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle vessel requisitions, evaluate quotations and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor budgets, inventories and transportation costs to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
- University degree in Maritime Studies/Engineering .
- 1-3 years of experience in a supply department of a shipping company.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) and MS Office.
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of any ERP will be considered an asset.
