Open Conf is focusing on delivering Technical speeches, workshops, Panel/Firechats and a variety of Openspace activities, that offer significant value to the broader audience within the Greek IT ecosystem.

We seek speakers capable of delivering captivating presentations and events
We also welcome “Fresh Voices”, first time speakers that want to share their ideas or experiences.
Ensuring a diverse range of speakers and facilitators is of paramount importance to us.
Please submit your speech/workshop proposal by May 23th, 2025.
Following your submission, the Open Conf Speeches Team will review and select content for Open Conf 2025.
Submission indicates acceptance of our Code of Conduct.

Open Conf operates as a volunteer-driven, non-profit event supported by sponsors and low-cost tickets, therefore, speaker fees will not be covered.
We kindly ask speakers to outline their Travel and Accommodation requirements. We are committed to assisting as many speakers as possible on a case-by-case basis.
While we cannot cover all travel expenses for every speaker, based on available funds, we will either offer a cost split for major travel expenses such as airfare and hotel or cover one of the two.
We’d highly appreciate the possibility of your company/organization funding your travel expenses.
