About the Role:
As an ERP Consultant at Fleetwork, you’ll take on a hybrid role that blends functional expertise with direct client engagement. From configuring ERP modules and migrating business data, to training users and delivering meaningful reports, you’ll be involved throughout the entire customer journey.
This is not just about implementation — it’s about helping businesses adopt, evolve, and succeed with our cloud-first ERP platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with product and support teams, turning real-world business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Handle data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
- Conduct user training sessions and create support documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Development) to resolve issues and improve system usability.
- Build and maintain SQL-based reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Continuously explore ways to optimize ERP functionality and performance.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of ERP parameterization and business processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to end users.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A proactive, analytical mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
