IT Specialist

With more than 150 employees, we operate our main Production Facility in Heraklion, Crete, while with the new state-of-the-art Unit in Thebes, we further strengthen our overall production capacity to meet the needs of international markets. We export nearly all of our production through subsidiaries in Europe and the USA (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, and France) and though our wide distributors network. The role: To focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to Organization’s needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support Division Managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP systems capabilities.
- Monitor, Identify and record ERP issues.
- Support end users with their day-to-day workflow and execute corrective actions when necessary.
- Build reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Communicate, and manage relationships with suppliers and internal clients.
- Prioritize tasks.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, or any other equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry including at least one full system implementation life cycle.
- Hands on knowledge of:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM.
- ERP Systems (Microsoft or Other)
- Microsoft Power BI ecosystem.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Keen attention to detail
- Good organization, time management and prioritization
- Must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and reliable.
- Willingness to travel
