Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual proficiency with excellent command of English and Greek (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills with professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
- Handle correspondence and communications with clients and suppliers
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management
- Coordinate with departments to streamline internal processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
