Candidate Profile:

  • Bilingual proficiency with excellent command of English and Greek (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication skills with professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
  • Handle correspondence and communications with clients and suppliers
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management
  • Coordinate with departments to streamline internal processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
