Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Tester to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Tester to support the delivery of high-quality software by executing and enhancing testing processes. He/She will assist in test preparation, execute test scripts, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved to maintain accurate and reliable systems.
Responsibilities
- Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.
- Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
- Execute the test scripts and validate the results against the expected outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of the test scripts.
- Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
- Track defects to closure and maintain an up-to-date defect repository.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Master’s degree in one of the above fields will be considered an asset.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Experience with writing and executing test scripts is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
