British Providence is seeking for an Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacts potential clients and creates rapport by using referrals and other approach techniques
  • Appraises customers’ demands, researches and proposes the most suitable protection plans
  • Collects all required information from customers to provide offered services and administers related processes to ensure timely provision of services to the customers
  • Monitors transactions and customer balances to ensure services are provided as per company’s policy
  • Prepares reports to management as requested

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant role
  • Fluent in English language (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with systems & tools
  • Customer centricity & organizational skills
