Our Graduate Program in Greece is designed to prepare you for high-responsibility roles within our company, combining hands-on experience, local exposure, and intensive mentorship.
About the Graduate Program
The 2025 Newrest Graduate Program offers a one-year paid training period aimed at equipping you with the practical knowledge and leadership skills necessary to thrive in our fast-paced industry. You will work closely with senior managers and gain exposure to key functions and operations.
The program will take place at Newrest’s facilities at Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos), where you will be placed in one of the following key departments:
- Operations (Ops): Oversee logistics and team management.
- Production: Plan workflows, manage stock, and ensure food quality.
- Equipment Store (EQT Store): Optimize inventory and equipment use.
- Pick & Pack(P&P): Focus on Picking and Packing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in meal assembly and dispatch.
- Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE): Contribute to maintaining safety and sustainability benchmarks.
- Business & Industry Operations (B&I Ops): Design catering solutions for corporate clients.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to continue your career within Newrest Greece, advancing into leadership roles and contributing to our local operations.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As part of the program, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage real-time operations.
- Analyze key performance metrics and support decision-making using tools like our ERP system.
- Develop production plans and ensure high-quality outcomes in food preparation.
- Assist in the implementation of HACCP standards and ensure compliance with food hygiene policies.
- Work closely with client accounts, building valuable relationships to enhance service delivery.
- Take the lead in projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
