Management Trainee Program by L’Oréal

Our Management Trainee Program is open again offering a tremendous opportunity to work as Digital Project Manager in Dermatological Beauty Division, in one of the most contemporary business fields where you will develop the skills of the future. Our new Management Trainee Program by L’Oréal is a one of a kind fast-track management development program for young talents who are passionate to grow their career in L’Oréal as the world leader in Beauty.

What can you expect from Management Trainee Program:

What will be your job actually?

E-commerce 

  • Provide comprehensive support to the e-commerce team by delivering digital assets and engaging content.
  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce stakeholders to ensure adherence to content KPIs and maintain brand consistency.
  • Serve as the primary point person for divisional e-commerce reporting (content compliance & retail media).
  • Gather all necessary data monthly based on the division’s digital priorities and present a clear topline view.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the digital media landscape to effectively support and manage retail media processes.
  • Oversee and ensure the seamless execution of all retail media processes.
  • Maintain direct communication with the retail media agency.

CRM (B2B) 

  • Become proficient in utilizing the B2B CRM platform, including Salesforce CRM, with a focus on email marketing automation, trigger configuration, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage email setup, including custom templates and automated campaigns.
  • Ensure KPIs reporting reflects strategic needs and provides a complete and accurate view.

All the above under the guidance of your direct manager, the Digital Manager, and the Talent Acquisition Manager, who will ensure your smooth integration in the team and your personal development within the Group.
