Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travel planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.

We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking an experienced individual for our current opening: Customer Support Assistant.

Position: Customer Support Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing tasks allocated by Supervisor
  • Replying to emails
  • Updating Booking Information
  • Management of internal & external email communication (via calls, texts, and emails) with clients and collaborators
  • Learning to handle client inquiries in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
  • Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery
  • Troubleshooting issues efficiently and offer resolutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant superior
  • Provision of recommendations and brochures, leading to upsells
  • Assist the management team and Supervisor on ad-hoc requests
  • Mastering Travelive destinations, services, and itineraries
  • Staying current with the travel industry and destination trends, and relevant new developments
  • Maintaining good relationships with co-workers, taking direction from superiors, and working effectively as part of a team
  • Liaise with other departments effectively & efficiently

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Good communication skills and command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze trip details; BA degree preferred (or pursuance) or excellent score in High school
  • MS Office proficiency & documentation skills
  • Computer and technical knowledge/fluency
  • Ability to multitask and sound problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years prior experience in customer support preferred
