Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.

We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece and are seeking an Assistant Travel Planner.

Position: Assistant Travel Planner

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in creating bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budget.
  • Provide administrative support to the travel planning team, including managing client communications and documentation.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to stay updated on travel trends and offerings.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM, and Booking Platform
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
